Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will guide, develop, and motivate teams to protect people and property, leveraging AI-powered scheduling to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum two years in security management or supervising teams.
• Experience building positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based apps.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
