Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• 2+ years in operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading teams and maintaining client relations.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Proficiency in web apps and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
