Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Sacramento to support the Account Manager with supervision, training and operations at the post. You will assign tasks, coach staff, review performance, and ensure post orders and client instructions are followed.

A comprehensive onboarding week is provided. The role emphasizes incident response, reporting, and maintaining client relationships with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional security experience.
• Valid state Guard License and ongoing license maintenance.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and insurance requirements.
• Ability to train, coach and supervise staff.
• Strong written reports and client communications.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the security contract and direct staff.
• Supervise shift supervisors and evaluate performance.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and site organization.
• Conduct interviews and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee reports, logs, pass downs and communications.
• Manage sub-units like control rooms and docks.
• Respond to incidents and client needs with appropriate action.
• Escalate issues to Account Manager or HR as needed.
• Occasionally perform security duties up to 50% time.
