Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in San Antonio to lead daily security operations, guide officers and supervisors, and ensure client contract compliance with top service standards. You will schedule staffing, oversee payroll and performance, strengthen client relationships, handle incidents, and ensure safe, compliant sites while managing inventory and costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in security management or operations.
• Experience leading and developing a team and client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments.
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including payroll, performance, employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact for service quality.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory management.
