Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Riverside, CA to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will schedule staffing using AI tools, manage payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relationships to protect people and property.

The role emphasizes incident response, compliance, training, and inventory oversight, with a focus on driving operational excellence and safe, reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
• Proficiency in web‑based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non‑billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for clients while ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams as needed.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards and manage inventory such as uniforms and equipment.
