Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager who will drive daily security operations, lead a team of security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service to clients. This full-time role offers a salary of $87,505.60 annually and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, and generous paid time off.

You will oversee training, compliance, and safety standards while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management to support operations.
