Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and drive safe, high-quality service at client sites. You will guide security officers and supervisors, schedule with AI tools, and ensure peak performance while maintaining strong client relations.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage contracts, incidents, and staffing costs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business use.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and controlling inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching and managing personnel and payroll.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and site standards and inventory.
