Qualifications

• Two years or more in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Able to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to align with client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead security teams, hire, coach, and oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality and safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in training, safety, and site standards.
