Qualifications

• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Strengthen client relationships by delivering high-quality service and safety.
• Handle incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
