Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the site.
• Supervise and coach Security Professionals; evaluate performance.
• Maintain post orders and training information, ensure site cleanliness.
• Assist with interviews and on-the-job training for new staff.
• Manage reports, logs, and communications among the security team.
• Address client needs and de-escalate issues as they arise.
