Job summary

A leading consulting company is seeking an Operations Analyst to support their Personnel and Information Security organization. This role includes program analysis, project management, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, with a focus on access control systems and business analysis. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The position offers a hybrid work model in Vancouver, WA, with a compensation range of $33 to $39 per hour. Qualifications

• A degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience with applicable bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of experience with an applicable associate degree required.
• 6 years experience required without a degree.
• Prior experience with collection of fingerprints and access control systems.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License/Real ID required.

Responsibilities

• Perform program analysis efforts and provide implementation support.
• Provide project management support for special program initiatives.
• Facilitate special program focus areas.
• Serve as back-up for Program Support Specialist duties.
• Assist with audits and access issuance/revocation.
