Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3 to support security and access management across diverse databases. You will provision database access, manage user accounts, roles, and privileges while working with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, and IBM DB2.

You will troubleshoot access issues, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and participate in on-call rotations. Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in database access administration, identity and access management, security operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience provisioning and managing database access, including user account creation, deletion, role management, and privilege assignment.
• Working knowledge of one or more database technologies, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, IBM DB2.
• Experience utilizing ticketing and service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, ART, PAC2000, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and access-related issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations and utilize a personal mobile device for business communication as needed.
