Job summary

D2 Technical Services, St. Louis, MO, seeks a VTC Technician to manage end-to-end video teleconferencing operations, including scheduling, installation, monitoring, and escalation for secure enterprise communication. A strong candidate will be responsive, with experience across the VTOC lifecycle.

Must have active TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in A/V/IT support or VTC, and hands-on with TMS/CMS, VNC, Service Plus, and multi-vendor endpoints. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

AA or AS required and relevant experience in A/V/IT support.
Security+ certification and DOD 8140 IAT Level II compliance required.
3+ years of progressive experience in A/V operations, IT support, or VTC administration.
Hands-on experience with Tele-presence Management Suite (TMS), CMS, VNC Viewer, Service Plus ticketing, and multi-vendor endpoints.

Responsibilities

Monitor live VTC sessions and hardware to preempt issues using Cisco TMS and CMS.
Provide Tier I–III remote and on-site support, including escalations to engineering.
Maintain accurate ticketing and trend data in Service Plus for continuous improvements.
