Job summary

D2 Technical Services in Missouri is seeking a VTOC Technician to support UDS video teleconferencing operations, from scheduling and endpoint installation to live session monitoring and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of A/V/IT support experience, holds a DOD 8140 IAT II compliance or higher and a Security+ certification, and can manage escalations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring sessions, providing Tier I-III support via remote and on-site,

Qualifications

AA or AS education required.
DOD 8140 IAT Level II compliance or higher.
Security+ Certification.
3+ years of progressive experience in A/V operations, IT support, or VTC administration.
Hands-on experience with Tele-presence Management Suite (TMS), CMS, VNC Viewer, Service Plus, and multi-vendor endpoints.

Responsibilities

Monitor live VTC sessions, hardware, and conferences; troubleshoot audio/video issues.
Provide Tier I-III remote and in-person support; track issues in Service Plus.
Schedule and manage local/remote VTC events; reserve rooms across campuses.
Coordinate with engineering for escalations; assist with installations and upgrades.
Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides for support staff.
