Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Video Teleconferencing Technician to join our team in Doral, FL. This role focuses on Tier I/II support for VTC systems, onsite installations, and coordinating conferences via Cisco TMS.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of VTC support experience, strong IP networking fundamentals, and the ability to handle outages with backup capabilities. A TS/SCI clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent to 2 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of tier I/II VTC support experience.
• Fundamental IP networking understanding for VTC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I & II customer support for VTC systems.
• Respond to outages and use failover/back-up capabilities as needed.
• Conduct site surveys for new VTC installations or upgrades.
• Assist with on-site VTC installations and network device configurations.
• Schedule conferences using Cisco TMS.
