ABCorp’s Vault and Compliance Lead ensures the security, accuracy, and audit readiness of the bureau’s secure vault. You will control access to card stock and secure materials, enforce dual control, and maintain exact reconciliations for PCI Card Production and client audits.

This hands-on leadership role supervises the Material Handler/Vault Assistant and collaborates daily with shift supervisors and Bureau Operations leadership to uphold security standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a secure vault, inventory control, compliance, or card/document production environment.
• Experience under audited security or quality standards (PCI/Card Production, PCI DSS, ISO 9001, SOC 2).
• 1+ year leading, training, or coordinating others.
• Accurate counts, reconciliations and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Control vault access and enforce dual-control procedures.
• Maintain vault access logs, records, and sign-in/out docs.
• Issue secure card stock to production with chain-of-custody records.
• Reconcile vault inventory daily by job and shift.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances; escalate discrepancies the same day.
• Lead audits and prepare evidence for PCI and client audits.
• Oversee secure destruction and destruction records.
• Train employees on vault procedures and dual control.
