Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Vault Processing Lead to guide daily processing operations and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and service for collectors. You will report to the Vault Operations Supervisor from our New Castle, DE facility and lead shifts in the absence of supervisors.

The role emphasizes meticulous inventory handling, item research, and cross‑functional collaboration to uphold our commitment to care and quality for every item processed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education background preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in vault/warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Catalog incoming inventory with attention to detail and identify graded vs ungraded items.
• Lead shifts and act as primary contact when supervisors are absent.
• Monitor shift metrics: throughput, items shipped, and work remaining for next shift.
• Research items and communicate with Client Partners about services and condition assessments.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and quality.
• Safely handle valuable merchandise and ensure security throughout all stages.
