Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Crane, Indiana. You will support end-user hardware, asset and configuration management, and secure communications systems at NSA Crane.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Unix-based infrastructure.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft business tools and SCCM.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software within desktop computing environments.
Perform network switch patching and configuration.
Ensure security patches are current and applied.
Develop test specifications and procedures.
Assist with design, installation, accreditation, and scheduling of voice/video systems.
Support asset management activities and equipment lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and respond to requests.
Deliver training to rotating military personnel on system configuration and secure communications.
