Job summary
Leidos is seeking an IT Specialist to provide extensive IT support for government programs operating in classified environments. The role covers installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment of IT systems, hardware, software, and networked environments supporting mission-critical operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years; other experience considered.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT systems in government/defense environments.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, enterprise IT infra, networking, and sysadmin practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer support skills.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, servers, and enterprise IT equipment in classified environments.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, OS, applications, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access requests, password management, and system administration tasks.
- Monitor performance, apply patches, upgrades, and software installations.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and system documentation.
