Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our team at NSA Crane, Indiana. You will support end-user hardware, asset and configuration management, and secure communications systems.

In this role you will install and maintain desktop environments, patch networks, manage assets, and deliver training to military personnel to improve technical proficiency. Active TS/SCI clearance is required; you will work under strict security controls to ensure reliable IT infrastructure for mission

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Unix based infrastructure.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or CISSP/CASP a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in desktop environments.
• Perform network switch patching and configuration.
• Apply security patches and ensure system hardening.
• Develop test specifications and procedures.
• Assist design, installation, configuration, and accreditation of voice/video systems.
• Support asset management including inventory and disposal.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely user support.
• Deliver training to users on system configuration and secure communications.
