Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks an AV/VTC Technician to support Fort Benning's secure and non-secure VTC environment across 100+ suites and off-site locations. You will determine upgrade needs, prepare BOMs and SOWs, and coordinate with vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity.

The role requires 8+ years of government network support, a SECRET clearance on day one, and a related bachelor's degree with CCNA certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience providing government network support.
• Active SECRET clearance in good standing on contract start.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Determine VTC upgrade requirements and provide BOMs and SOWs.
• Coordinate with vendors and the Fort Benning NEC for CODEC connectivity.
• Provide secure and non-secure support for the VTC bridge and suites.
• Maintain a VTC suite tracking database and monthly COR updates.
• Troubleshoot, update, and test VTC equipment; respond within 30 minutes.
• Perform VTC and A/V suite installations (TVs, speakers, CODECs, cameras, cabling).
