Job summary

Engenix, Inc. seeks an AV Technician to provide on-site VTC support at Fort Eustis, VA, handling Cisco-based conferencing, Teams meetings, and related equipment across SIPR and NIPR networks.

The role requires a Secret clearance, CTS and Security+ CE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 6 months). Strong customer service and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• CTS Certification must be obtainable within 6 months of hire.
• Security+ CE Certification (IAT Level II) required.

Responsibilities

• On-site AV/VTC support including troubleshooting Cisco-based conferencing systems and Microsoft Teams.
• Setup, scheduling, maintenance, replacement, and training on VTC equipment.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime of conference rooms.
• Build and maintain drivers; update firmware for Cisco VTC systems and Windows-based systems.
• Support for Microsoft Teams conferences on SIPR and NIPR networks; Skype for Business VTC.
• Manage site inventory and spares; handle break-fix tickets and weekly status reports.
