Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a VTC Administrator to support and standardize AV/VTC and collaboration services for the government computing environment at Fort Belvoir. The role includes 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, and coordination with enterprise teams to ensure reliable streaming, signage, and conference infrastructure.

Requirements include 3 years in IT/Video Teleconferencing, DoD IA/CE certifications, and a Tier 5/IT-I clearance.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive IT experience in the Video Teleconferencing or collaboration operations arena.
• Must hold IA baseline certification and CE certification per DoD 8570/8140 requirements (IA: Security+; CE: CCNA/CCNP/CCST).
• IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 at proposal submission time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for SBC/CUBE and SIP incidents; perform Tier 1 triage and escalate.
• Monitor VTC sessions for senior leaders; support DLA Information Operations with call monitoring.
• Document maintenance activities and report accurately; avoid unauthorized configuration changes.
• Monitor SBC/CUBE dashboards, SIP trunk status and system health; report anomalies.
• Assist with E911 provisioning/validation and failover testing per engineering direction.
• Provide admin support for AV/VTC equipment and IPTV/digital signage assets; coordinate content publishing approvals.
• Maintain docs, guides, and weekly status; support change management and vulnerability remediation.
