Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and real estate projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver results while managing scope, schedule, budget and quality. The role includes secure facility work with ICD-705 upgrades and travel to project sites.

Hybrid schedule with three days in Reston and 20–30% travel; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management or construction management experience delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam plus Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, interpret drawings and comply with building codes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as primary client contact for contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Oversee secure facility projects including ICD-705 upgrades and clearance coordination.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk logs; monitor progress and issues.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications for compliance.
