Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in a hybrid role based in Reston, VA, with 5+ years of PM/construction management experience. You will lead complex construction projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and coordinate across clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Occasional travel and secure facility experience are valued. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Project/Procore/Bluebeam, and a commitment to safety and compliance in diverse project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CM/Architecture/Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on project management or construction management experience
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Office
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and codes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration across diverse stakeholders
• Valid driver's license; US citizenship required for government contracts

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, architects, engineers and vendors
• Oversee secure facility construction projects including ICD-705 upgrades
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk logs
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders and payments for compliance
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and enforce safety
• Facilitate design reviews, construction meetings and client updates
• Manage project documentation systems and closeout materials
• Track critical path items and escalate risks to leadership
