Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate or construction.
• Experience managing secure facility construction (SCIF, SAPF, CCIF) and ICD-705 compliant projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage strategic relationships.
• Lead project teams including engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
