Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management or construction management experience delivering complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication with clients and teams.
• Experience with secure facility projects and government construction is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Oversee secure facility construction, including ICD-705 upgrades and security coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk logs to address issues.
• Conduct site visits, review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment apps.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track critical path items and escalate risks to keep projects on schedule.
