Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Huntsville, AL to oversee construction and real estate projects. As the central point of coordination, you will manage project execution, including scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the primary client contact.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong expertise in project management software, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams including architects and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.

Skills

Project management software proficiency (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
