Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support day-to-day project management across diverse assignments, coordinating with stakeholders and driving scope, schedule, and budget controls. The role requires independent judgment, on-site presence, and travel to client sites across multiple states.

Responsibilities include tracking budgets, preparing reports, negotiating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as Facility Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager, or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or equivalent military experience
• Proven ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets effectively
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for construction projects, HVAC, and emergency projects
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular travel to various office locations and client sites is required

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all initiatives
• Develop comprehensive scope and schedule documentation for assigned projects, establishing clear milestones and deliverables
• Identify and proactively address potential risks surrounding project logistics, budget constraints, and scope modifications
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs, managing the evaluation and selection process
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and maintain project momentum
• Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain organized files for due diligence and financial oversight
• Actively track each aspect of project performance against established schedules and critical path requirements
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and manage the relocation of technical functions as needed
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery
