Qualifikationen

• Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience working in a product development lab with vibration shaker systems and/or with instrumentation (accelerometers, thermocouples, strain gages, load cells, etc...) and data acquisition systems (Dewetron, DeweSoft, LabView, Agilent/Keysight, Benchlink, Somat, etc...)

• Lead a work group of 10-15 engineers and support personnel.
• Develop and mentor engineers and technicians in Environmental Test.
• Consult internal program customers and verify testing meets requirements.
• Write test plans and procedures that meet requirements and safety standards; create schedules and budgets for testing.
• Oversee and conduct environmental testing to validate models for product qualification and flight test concerns.
• Implement engineering best practices to ensure testing is on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze test data in real time and post-test to confirm requirements are met.
