Job summary

RedSky LLC seeks a Senior Enterprise Leader to support the DoD mission through knowledge management, information sharing, and digital capabilities. You will interact with senior military and civilian leaders while guiding complex programs and teams across distributed locations.

The role emphasizes managing requirements, risks, and schedules, translating business needs into executable solutions, and advancing modernization initiatives in both classified and unclassified settings.

Qualifications

Must maintain an Active Secret clearance.
Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
PMP or comparable program/project management certification preferred.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and senior government stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication with operational, technical, and executive audiences.
Background in DoD environments or related military/government missions, and familiarity with data analytics and information management.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, data, and mission support activities.
Interface with government leadership, stakeholders, and distributed users.
Manage personnel, schedules, priorities, risks, and customer requirements.
Coordinate work across headquarters, remote sites, and mission partners.
Translate requirements into executable technical or process solutions.
Drive knowledge management, information sharing, and digital modernization initiatives.
Support organizational change and training for new capabilities.
Oversee teams across classified and unclassified environments.
Identify process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
Support transition, staffing, and continuity of operations.
