RedSky is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support DoD missions from Tampa, FL and multiple locations. The role covers governance, security, customization, and modernization across classified networks for thousands of users.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and performance, implementing site structures and migrations, and developing SPFx components, with GCC High/IL5/IL6 readiness. Active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years experience with SharePoint Server farm administration (patching, backup/restore, service applications, health monitoring).
• 3+ years of SharePoint Online administration in GCC High/IL5/IL6 tenants (site creation, permissions, storage, sharing policies).
• 3+ years PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
• 3+ years developing and maintaining SPFx web parts and extensions.
• 3+ years of SharePoint content migration (site collections, lists, libraries, workflows).
• 3+ years designing site structures, content types, managed metadata, and navigation.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

SharePoint is the backbone of USSOCOM's knowledge management ecosystem. Every EKM task area — governance, records, collaboration, BI, training — runs on or through SharePoint. The SharePoint Developer / Administrator is responsible for the health, performance, security, customization, and modernization of this platform across classified and unclassified networks, at 13+ locations, serving approximately 70,000 users.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Three (3)+ years pragmatic experience with SharePoint Server farm administration; patching, backup/restore, service applications, health monitoring
• Three (3)+ years of applied SharePoint Online administration preferably in Microsoft365 GCC High or IL5/IL6 tenants; site creation, permissions, storage management, sharing policies, tenant-level settings
• Three (3)+ years of proficient PowerShell experience supporting SharePoint administration; scripting and automation
• Three (3)+ years of developing and maintaining SPFx web parts and extensions
• Three (3)+ years of SharePoint content migration; site collections, lists, libraries, workflows
• Three (3)+ years of designing and implementing site structures, content types, managed metadata, and navigation
• CompTIA Security+ certification
