RedSky is seeking a Senior Enterprise Leader in Tampa to drive knowledge management, information sharing, collaboration, data, and digital modernization in support of the DoD mission. You will lead geographically dispersed teams and interface with senior government leaders to deliver secure, mission-driven solutions.

Qualificações

• Active Secret security clearance required and U.S. passport.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• PMP or comparable PM certification preferred.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and supporting senior government leaders in classified environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Background in DoD operational environments and related tech (MS 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI) or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead personnel supporting enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, data, technology, and mission support activities.
• Interface with government leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and distributed users.
• Manage personnel, schedules, priorities, deliverables, risks, quality, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate work across headquarters, subordinate locations, and mission partners.
• Translate operational and business requirements into executable solutions.
• Lead knowledge management, information sharing, workflow, data, records management, training, and digital modernization initiatives.
• Oversee teams in both classified and unclassified environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and information access.
• Support transition, staffing, workforce development, and continuity of operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and personnel at supported locations.
