Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 3+ years of desktop support in a Windows enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting with Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• AD, Group Policy, and user account administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues in Windows environment.
• Support Windows 10/11 workstations and manage devices via imaging/deployments.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and group memberships.
