Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Tech Control Facility Technician II to support AFCENT under the CTSS-series contract. The role focuses on hands-on installations, repair, and troubleshooting of communications systems with independent judgment.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of experience, SECRET clearance, and DoW 8570.01-M certification (or SPIN-C) with Security+ and CCNA (Routing & Switching). Onsite location with limited travel and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• SECRET clearance required
• DoW 8570.01-M certification or SPIN-C requirement
• CCNA Routing & Switching or Service Provider certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs electronic, mechanical, and/or other components and equipment
• Solve complex problems and understand interrelations of circuits with independent judgment
• Coach and review work of less-experienced professionals
• Provide onsite training for customer support personnel
