Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Tech Control Facility Technician II to support AFCENT under the CTSS-series contract.

The role focuses on hands-on installation, repair, and troubleshooting of communications systems, with emphasis on independent problem solving and on-site collaboration. The position requires intermediate hands-on experience, security clearance, and certs such as Security+ and CCNA.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate hands-on experience in installations, repair, and troubleshooting of communications systems/equipment.
• Ability to solve complex problems and understand circuit interrelationships.
• May coach and review work of less-experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, maintain, and repair electronic and mechanical components.
• Provide onsite training and guidance for customer support personnel.
• Perform installations, repair, and troubleshooting of communications systems/equipment.
