Qualifications

• ITW/AA or NISSC II contract experience within the past year.
• AT Level II Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• 12+ years of general work experience.
• 10+ years of directly related software development experience.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Experience developing technical solutions to meet defined requirements.
• Detailed understanding of containers and containerizing applications.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and delivering on-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering teams in design, development, and delivery of mission software.
• Develop and integrate full-stack applications and leverage containerization technologies.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and testing throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum-masters, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical plans.
• Advocate for automation, DevSecOps principles, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and support junior software developers.
• Understand cybersecurity principles and compliance for mission/enterprise systems.
• Balance hands-on development with strategic leadership responsibilities.
