Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of combined PM experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel specifically).
• Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia.
• Self–starter with ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing Operations and Facility projects.
• Serves as liaison between program management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of Operations and Facility projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with internal and external management.
• Coordination with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
• Performs monthly Operations Self-Governance audits IAW WR-M-4300 process.
• Track and report weekly Mission Assurance Quality data to Operations leadership.
