Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Manager 2 in Warner Robins, GA to lead all phases of the APN-241 program from inception to sustainment. You will coordinate proposals, budgets, schedules and customer engagements across multiple contracts, ensuring performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 8+ years.
• 14 years of related experience allowed in lieu of a Bachelor’s, or 12 years with an Associate’s.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the APN-241 program life cycle from inception through contract closeout.
• Direct programmatic and financial management across multiple customers and contracts.
• Lead proposals, budgets, and schedules; coordinate risks and opportunities to meet targets.
• Serve as primary customer contact; conduct program reviews and status updates.
• Establish milestones, monitor master plans, and adjust resources and specifications as needed.
• Allocate resources across technical, manufacturing and administrative teams.
• Drive process improvements and lessons learned across the program.
• Ensure on-time delivery metrics align with contractual requirements.
