Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in project management, leadership, stakeholder engagement, program management or business management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Program Control & Reporting: monitor project health metrics and budgets.
• Risk & Opportunity (RIO) participation and tracking.
• Cross-Functional Problem Solving across technical and business teams.
• Executive & Customer Interface: coordinate reviews and action items.
• Business Growth Support: support proposal development and file organization.
• Program Infrastructure Management: maintain organizational charts and data stores.
• Financial & Resource Oversight: review financial reports and analyze variances.
