Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler in Linthicum, MD on onsite basis with a 9/80 schedule. You will interface with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations and Business Management to develop program plans, maintain the IMS, and monitor milestones and contractual need dates.

The role requires a 2+ year related experience (or 6 years in lieu of degree), MS Office proficiency, and the ability to travel 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related work experience.
• Some planning/scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers and engineering to develop schedules.
• Prepare and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Analyze forecast dates and critical path impacts.
• Develop reports and manage risks for schedule requirements; ensure EVMS compliance.
