Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Linthicum, MD, is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst at Level 3 or 4 to join our team. You will perform detailed schedule, resource, and cost analysis for multiple programs and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure program objectives are met.

The role requires strong skills in MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, PS3, and Deltek, with an active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain SCI access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with scheduling software including MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, PS3, and Deltek.
• Active Top-Secret clearance at time of application with ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis across programs and contracts.
• Develop and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Present recommendations to leadership and interface with multiple teams.
• Apply scheduling best practices and conduct IBR/JSR audits.
