Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst - Level 5 to lead EVMS scheduling across space programs and deliver robust schedule metrics. You will develop baselines, coordinate with engineering, program management and operations to ensure on-time performance.

This onsite role requires Top Secret clearance and a strong background in MS Project/Open Plan/PS3, plus the ability to train junior analysts and collaborate with senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ years in lieu of degree.
Experience in a lead role with program scheduling responsibilities.
Proficient in developing and maintaining a program schedule using scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Facilitate EVMS scheduling processes, tools, and training for programs.
Support program baseline reviews, SRAs, and health metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for schedule integration and reporting.
Lead kickoff packages and startup activities for new programs.
Mentor junior Schedule Analysts and ensure consistency across teams.
