Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager 3, Operations Manager to lead and shape enterprise operations from the Falls Church, VA site. You will collaborate with the VP of Applications and senior leaders to set vision, priorities, and performance metrics while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance prior to start.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.

Responsabilités

• Be a key part of the Enterprise Application and Platforms team; collaborate with the VP of Applications and senior leaders to determine vision, goals and priorities.
• Translate operations strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, milestones and metrics.
• Develop, prepare and manage high-quality executive communications and materials for senior leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement via data analysis, capability assessments and value stream mapping.
• Engage stakeholders to deploy Product Ownership, Service Ownership, and Business Capability models.
• Ensure operational initiatives meet strategic outcomes, budget, regulatory, audit and reporting requirements.
• Work with Operation Managers to align activities across the team.
