Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s CIDO organization seeks a Manager 3, Operations Manager to drive the enterprise applications and platforms team's daily operations and strategic direction. This in-person role will be based in Falls Church, VA, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with VP of Applications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of experience, with security clearance eligibility and ability to access Special Programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Six sigma blackbelt certification preferred.
9 years of professional experience required.
Experience leading large organizations processes and programs.
Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret security clearance prior to start.
Ability to obtain access to Special Programs.

Responsibilities

Be a key part of the Enterprise Application and Platforms team; collaborate with senior leaders to determine vision and priorities.
Design and run operating rhythm for enterprise teams, including staff meetings and leadership offsites.
Translate operations strategy into priorities, milestones and metrics.
Develop executive communications for senior leadership.
Promote continuous improvement across teams to improve efficiency and quality.
Engage stakeholders to deploy Product Ownership, Service Ownership, and Business Capability models.
