Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience developing and managing processes across large organizations.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance prior to start.
• Ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Project or program management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a key part of the Enterprise Applications and Platforms team, collaborating with senior leaders to set vision and priorities.
• Translate operations strategy into priorities, milestones and metrics that drive performance.
• Develop and manage executive communications for senior leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement with data analysis, capability assessments, and value stream mapping.
• Engage stakeholders to deploy Product Ownership, Service Ownership, and Business Capability models.
• Ensure initiatives meet budget, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to ensure alignment across teams.
