Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager 3, Operations Manager for the CIDO organization to lead the Enterprise Applications and Platforms team from the Falls Church, VA office. The role drives performance, executive communications, and strategic change across the organization.

The position requires a U.S. Government Secret clearance, strong leadership, and extensive program management experience in a large enterprise. On-site work with potential travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
• Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance prior to start.
• Ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Be a key part of the Enterprise Application and Platforms team; collaborating with the VP and senior leaders to set vision and priorities.
• Design and run the operating rhythm for the Enterprise Application and Platform teams, including staff meetings and reviews.
• Translate operations strategy into clear priorities, milestones and metrics for performance.
• Develop and manage executive communications and materials for senior leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, process control and value stream mapping.
• Engage stakeholders to deploy Product Ownership, Service Ownership and Business Capability models.
• Ensure initiatives meet strategic outcomes, budget, regulatory and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Operation Managers to align activities across the team.
