Northrop Grumman in Baltimore seeks a Project Manager 2 to join its Engineering & Sciences BaPS Business Operations team. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts, align with directors, and drive program execution in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

The role requires an active US Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one, a strong leadership track record, and experience delivering complex projects while partnering with engineering and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years PM experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years PM experience.
• Ph.D. with 4+ years PM experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Partner with next level engineering and division operations managers on program goals.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate engineering status reporting.
• Manage data repositories (SharePoint; Website content).
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate leadership off-sites and reviews.
• Translate business needs into engineering strategies.
