Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Falls Church, VA team is seeking a Manager 3, Operations Manager to help lead the Enterprise Applications and Platforms group. This in-person role supports the VP and senior leaders to execute the strategic direction with high performance and clear communication.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement, execution of operational rhythms, and the development of executive communications for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; ability to obtain Secret clearance.
9+ years of professional experience with leadership history.
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with VP and senior leaders to define vision and priorities.
Design and operate rhythms for enterprise teams, staff meetings and reviews.
Translate strategy into priorities, milestones and metrics.
Prepare executive communications and materials for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement via data analysis, process control and value streams.
Promote Product Ownership, Service Ownership and Business Capability models.
Ensure programs meet strategic outcomes, budget, regulatory and audit requirements.
Coordinate with Operations Managers to align activities across teams.
