Qualifications

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT II or IAT III.
• Minimum six (6) years of progressive experience in information processing, three (3) years specialized in information processing, and two (2) years hands-on with software/hardware.
• Computing Environment: Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z (Cloud or Microsoft OS per DLA CE).

Responsibilities

• Technical Support and Incident Management: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• IT Business Analysis and Consulting: identify tech needs, define system requirements, prepare business cases.
• User Enablement and Training: create user guides and conduct training sessions to reduce support volumes.
• System Administration and Operations: maintain incident tracking databases and ensure data integrity.
• Cybersecurity and Information Assurance: apply security policies across support activities.
• Specialized Enterprise Application Support: provide support for enterprise environments including DLA eProcurement.
